MEET YOUR HOSTS

Alan has sailed B.C. waterways for over 40 years. He has raced competitively for 20, where he and his crew have won many regattas. As a certified Canadian Recreational Yachting Association Instructor, Alan has completed his sailing instruction teaching designation in conjunction with the Royal Yachting Association (RYA) and the Canadian Recreational Yachting Association (CRYA). 

 

He has sailed extensively worldwide, including Italy, Croatia, Portugal, Spain, New Zealand, Fiji and The British Virgin Islands. Alan loves being on the water and sharing that "at one" with the water feeling with guests from all over. A Master’s Degree in Education makes teaching and sharing life stories his next passion. He also enjoys getting groups of people together, hearing their stories, and providing them with a larger-than-life experience in a magical setting. 

 

Alan has completed CPR and first aid courses and looks forward to sharing a safe and memorable time with you. Take in the beautiful shorelines and make this an adventure to remember!
